The Love It Guarantee

We want you to love every puzzle. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Missing, bent, or damaged pieces. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number (a photo helps). We'll send you a brand new puzzle at no cost. No need to send anything back.

Don't love it? Email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a different design or refund the purchase price of that puzzle, whichever you prefer. Opened is fine, and you don't need to return it.

Bundles and sale items are covered too.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Gift cards are not refundable.
