Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in Texas within 1 to 2 business days. Most ship the same or next business day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

United States. Standard shipping is $5. Orders of $50 or more ship free, so any 2 puzzles ship free. Most orders arrive within about a week of ordering (typically 3 to 7 business days in transit). We ship with UPS and USPS.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Holiday orders. Order-by dates for holiday delivery are posted on our site in November and December.

Lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at leland@snappypuzzles.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement.
